How Many Weeks Are In a Year?

Surely it must be 52! Right?

Or is it?
Could it be 53 weeks? Or 51 weeks?
Or 52.14 weeks?

But surely weeks cannot be it decimals? Is that acceptable?

I would say 52 weeks, as it is always simpler to round decimal numbers, but 52.14 weeks sounds interesting and intellectual.

But it cannot always be 52.14 though. It can also be 52.29 at times. Accuracy is key in life though. Does this mean that time is measured wrong? Are we actually a week behind the real time? Or a Year!
