Uni Life Help

I'm a fresher and lol I'm just bad at every aspect of uni, like most people sacrifice one bit for another but no, I'm bad at sleeping properly, eating, socialising, working, extracurricular. There is legit no bit I can do apparently, does anyone else feel like that or know how to get better

Are you living at home or in accommodation? If you are living out then it could be homesickness and if you are living at home it could just be transitioning to a new environment.

Take things bit by bit. If it's an issue with your schedule, then devise a timetable and stick to it.

But to help, what specific things with eating, sleeping, socialising, etc... are you having trouble with? You say eating for example, are there no food shops in your area at all? Can you cook?

Socialising - Do you talk to people in your course? Have you joined any societies/clubs?

Sleeping - How many hours sleep do you get?

Most of these things just takes time to adjust to anyway.
I’m 4th year and every year I’ve got homesick for around a week - don’t have an appetite, can’t sleep properly, just want to sit in room all day or stay out all day. It will pass as it will catch up and become really tired, hungry, bored
