So I've just started a-level maths this year, and although the textbook is quite good, I would like to buy my own revision guide (as I would like something more detailed and concise). Thank you! :-)

The only revision guide I've seen so far is the CGP one. Edexcel have said they will publish theirs before Christmas.
Revision guides for maths are pointless, hence why very few are published. If you don't understand a topic, you're better off watching a khanacademy video or doing some research into the topic and when you understand it do some practice with the textbooks.

I'd tend to agree at A level but some people find them helpful.
