Do employers look at A levels if you have a degree in medicine?

So my older cousin just graduated in Medicine in Poland.
She actually failed all her A levels but her GCSEs were okay, As, Bs and Cs.
The uni that she applied to doesnt require A levels

She graduated with a high 2:1 but I was wondering here in the UK do employers still look at your A levels??

I don't think so?
I have been told A level are important by teacher but I don't really think it does, if she has the degree than she will get a job in uk

If she can't do well in a levels then she does not have the competence to save lives. She is a danger to the health system. Her degree is worthless from eastern Europe of no entry reqs.

her degree from Eastern Europe is not "worthless"
it should be recognised by the GMC
If she has a recognised medical degree, and passes whatever requirements are needed for doctors coming from outside the UK, then no, they won't care about her A-Levels.
