Do Previous Study Rules Apply 'Forever'?

I understand the previous study rules regarding tuition fee loans - can anyone tell me if these rules apply 'forever', or if there is a limited period after which any previous study is disregarded?

Hi carriefeltham,

There is no length of time after which previous study would be disregarded.

The only situation we would not take previous study into consideration is when studying an exception course or an NHS course.
