Am i the only one that gets really guilty when the purple bar comes up :C I guess ill white list it
TSR, stop this crap now. You're not going to make anyone turn off adblockers, you're just going to annoy people af. I am seriously considering just not using this forum anymore if this stupid purple block continues.
I white-listed TSR to be nice but I'm still getting the purple box ":frown:"

To add, the last thing I'm going to do is pay for an 'ad pass'. I block ads because they track me and make use in reselling my data, I'm not interested in this and will not partake in it - a manipulative pop-up will not make me change my mind, but will solidify it for me.

Quite honestly, i don't give a damn about supporting TSR - since anything can be bypassed if one has the know how.

Got it when adblock edge (think that's what it was called) got discontinued a while back.
People still think TSR gives a **** about its users? As if Today on TSR, piece of garbage that it is, didn't already prove to you money/clicks are all they care about.

The only reason most of us even still use this site is because we have friends here. A fact they're all too willing to exploit to get away with pretty slimy stuff.

Well I have always used adblock, but I've just realised that TSR is whitelisted. I must have done it months ago. I don't really notice the ads, so it's not much of a problem for me. I'd rather the creators get paid if it's not a hassle, but I only ever whitelist sites that I regularly visit. I don't quite understand why people are so against creators getting a single penny from them. E.g. Youtube ads can be a bit annoying, but I've whitelisted a few channels that I regularly watch and want them to earn money. I wouldn't mind paying them a bit rather than whitelisting, which I can do via Patreon, but choose not to atm. For those of you raising reasons besides the annoyance of the ads explain why you are so against them, as TSR's are really not noticeable (mostly one big university banner at the top).
