Funding second degree in Pharmacy,help!!!1

Hi!
I am a mature student from a EU country....with wrong life steps in her life...
My dream was to study for a mpharm degree ,but for many reasons i did a wrong choise and i studied for an undergraduate degree in civil engineering.Although,i think its not in the same level as mpharm...
I decided that the only thing that could make me happy is study for a mpharm degree.I registered for an foundation course for Alevels in my country and then i saw that i cant take a loan because i have already a degree.I feel sooooooo unlucky.
Can anyone tell me what to do??????i dont have the money to pay by myself,can i find a way to fund the degree? thank you..........

You can ask on here, but my understanding is your previous first degree renders you ineligible. there are some healthcare related degrees you can try and get funding for but I dont believe Pharmacy is one of them.
