Flatmate's boyfriend left pee all over the toilet seat :l

How dirty can someone be! I mean he clearly saw it since he flushed the toilet after. I was so happy that she was clean and now, turns out her stupid boyfriend is disgusting.

Exactly, at least bloody clean it. He wouldn't do that in his own house so why do it here.
I do wish it was water but in this case it was not.

Do you think I should say something to her? This is the first time and she's been okay so far so I didn't say anything.
