certainly not lol
Listen, it is completely normal to feel that way. Although it is her job and therefore not really her choice. She isn't going to leave you for size or anything like that and if she did then shes clearly not the one, but what she could leave you for is trust issues. You are both in a relationship and I'm guessing she has told you about what she has seen and along those lines which is really good for her to have told you the truth, some guys would hate that. It's normal to feel uncomfortable, I know my boyfriend would be but it's not okay if you don't trust her and have faith in your relationship. Your together for a reason and have faith in yourself silly billy. Girls like confident guys so don't put yourself down okay.
You are pathetic.
Ii doubt she's your girlfriend, because I doubt that doctors would have complete dunces as boyfriends.
Quite a number of people mocking OP ... while I think that situation is quite ridiculous as well, I think it's a bit too harsh.

The thing is, as many have mentioned, OP has a huge insecurity. And when people are insecure their logic just switches off. I am currently facing an insecurity too and I must admit that that's exactly what's happening; our ideas or thought process can come across as downright illogical, weird, creepy, whatever to others.

I think what OP needs is advice on how to get over the insecurity, tackling the root cause. There's really no point mocking him, it may just make him worse.

OP all the best.

She wouldn't be allowed to date a patient anyway.

I think you are very insecure and need to trust your girlfriend more. You'd end up pushing her away and having your worries come true if you don't stop thinking like that.

Once I had to go in for a health check for the penis.

Was in the waiting room expecting that the doctor could be man or woman. I felt if it turns out being a woman, I would not be bothered and would just get on with it.

The next thing I see is that the doctor coming in was an Asian girl, less than 25 and strikingly HOT. What I was expecting was that, even if it was a woman, it would be some middle-aged, not so attractive female doctor.

But no, they decided to give me a young Page 3, pornstar-looking, I-would-love-to-tear-it-up, exotic female doctor.

I was like "God, I am ****ed". She could see it on my face as I looked at her when she entered and she controlled herself for smirking or laughing. She even asked if I wanted a third party in the room, I said "No".

Throughout her whole examination, with this hot girl holding and checking my penis, I was just begging and praying to Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha and all other Gods and messengers that "Please DON'T let it rise! Calm it down for me! I promise to worship you if you help me on this occassion". I started thinking of many blokes just to control it.

Ahh. These fun little anecdotes people make up.

How I know this isn't true
1) THere is no such thing as a penis health check. You might mean 'you went in because you havea penis problem' but its not like its a routine health check

2) The sort of doctors (and indeed nurses) who examine penises in this manner will always have a chaperone if they are the opposite sex and frequently if they are the same sex. This is not a 'offer' this is an essential. No Chaperone, no exam.
Ahahahahahaha

Do you work at an old folks home
Hey there, I am a doctor myself but I rest assure you that everyone in this field take our job seriously and professionally. Just like a male doctor would have to look at patients' breast and vagina too, female doctors just see penis like any other parts of human body.

Sorry to say if you are this concerned about a minor issue like this, you are not fit to date a doctor. Doctors work very hard to improve lives of those around them. Instead of thinking of penis, you should be proud that a smart woman like her is out there saving lives.

Simply said, its better for you not to date a doctor/nurse/medical assistant.

My girlfriend is a doctor, currently 2nd year qualified and is doing a rotation as a GP, the rotations last 4 months and she's got one more left.
I love that she's a doctor. But in her place as a GP she keeps getting guys coming in with penis problems, and it makes a little uncomfortable that she keeps seeing other people's penises, I know it's not her choice and it's her job so she takes no pleasure in it but it's still unnerving.
What happens if I a guy comes in hung like a horse and now she's thinking she could upgrade to some thinglike that herself? Not so much that as usually people have an issue when they come in so it's usually grim, but it's still just strange to think she's been looking at penises during the day. Is it bad/unusual of me to be uncomfortable?

Made up? No, Sher'lost', stop smoking that pipe!

For (1), yes, I meant the latter. You didn't really expect I would go into full details about private health, did ya?

For (2), I don't know where you get you 'fact' from, but that was not the case when I went there. That might mean either it is because your 'fact' is wrong or because that was not the policy back then (and we are talking many years back).

Why shouldn't he be insecure if he was cheated on? His value was clearly lesser than that of his ex or it would have been he, who cheated on her. People who can but don't cheat are seriously missing out on cake. You can't eat cake anymore when you're dead

I assure you I never intended my comment to come across like that, but apologies to you and the OP if it did. Like I said, I acknowledge that the OP is insecure due to his prior experience of getting cheated on, which is a valid reason for said insecurity. But if he doesn't seek help for such insecurity, it may be detrimental to his current relationship.

honestly, i clicked on this expecting your GF to be a sex worker chat line operator or even an ann summers rep. She's a doctor be super proud of her intelligence and hard work and if you so insecure about your manhood that you think she prefers a random bloke you need some counselling . and FYI most women what you got in trousers is very low on what attracts us to men we want to be with work more on trusting loving and supporting her
and not worrying about insignificant things and am sure you be ok

I should clarify I was cheated on in my last relationship, so I'm a little wary anyway.
She's really good looking, so I already know I'm punching with someone who's attractive and has a good job.

I know they're generally gonna be minging penises that come in but she's still looking at them.

This sounds like it's more of an issue with your confidence than your gf's occupation. You've had a bad experience in the past and you're worried it will happen again. I expect you would worry just as much if she were working in a grocery store and serving men all day.

You need to work on your confidence in her and your relationship. Yeah she'll be looking at penises, but that doesn't really matter. She's with you for you, not your penis. It's not really any different from just walking around and seeing men on the street.
Besides, she won't exactly be focusing on how well hung they are and if anything will become desensitised to it because she sees it so often (and often quite grim ones).

Trust your bond and trust her. Honestly she will already be aware if yours isn't the best in the world. She's with you anyway. She's obviously there for a reason so let that give you confidence in yourself and your relationship.

Hope that helps
its just a penis
so you think your girlfriend is going to leave you because her job requires her to see infected penises?????????
The clickbait image on the Tsr main page lol
