So even if you get 80 ums in c1,c2 and m1 but if you get 90 ums in c3 and c4,you get an a*?

80 UMS *average* not minimum.

Marking for A-Level Maths is weird....
For an A overall you need 480 from the 6 units
For an A* you still need the overall 480 but C3 and C4 must add up to 180 ums and above (average of 90 on each) and you had the 92s so you have the A* as your score is 519

Good point and I expect to be carded. I think a “no full solutions” rule should be implemented all over TSR:

Usual answer: only if they are at A-level.

If you get 480 USM without the average 90 USM you get A, with 90 USM you get an A*
You could also average 90 USM for C1-4 then get Cs for the 2 applied modules and still get an A*
