Do Edexcel 18% lol what a joke

I'm already doing edexcel and what's a joke?
Not many, I assume. I came out with a B and all I can remember doing in the lessons was talking about porn.

I definitely didn't need to know that.

Yeah that's true and some of the questions have gotten tougher. It's mostly logic and rote learning, I wish I had known this before I sat my exams. There's not too much to learn, mostly practice. Oh that's an interesting degree.

Strangely I would say it is all understanding and once you have all of it learned it doesn't require much if any practice at GCSE.

However A Level is a completely different thing

The more you know.

That is a fair point, but for most students without natural ability they'll have repeat the same topics and questions again and again.

Yes or if you can do more then that's better. Oh right.

But I wouldn't say I have natural ability.

Fair enough. It also depends on how much you know. For some students they'll have to completely learn everything even questions that you can't really learn to revise because they're logical. It'll just take longer for students without natural abilities to reach the top grades.

No problem.
You need 41 on each paper to get a 4 (c)
what about foundation>
My teacher said get 40 marks on each paper and you should be fine
Surely that's 41 in each paper?

41-72 marks. I had to generalise it to both Edexcel and AQA as you didn't clarify what exam board you are with. It's usually 46 marks for a 4 and 72 marks for a 5 this is for AQA as I searched up this years grade boundaries 9-1. For Edexcel it's 41 marks for a 4 and 68 for a 5 if you're with Edexcel.

4 is a weak pass and 5 is a good pass. Each paper is out of 80 and joining all 3 papers you need to score a minimum of the marks mentioned above.

Surely that's 41 in each paper?
