Tonight we're in Books, literature and comics for a quiz on Lord of the Rings!:woo:

Feel free to check out the rest of the forum for more fandom fun.:biggrin:

This quiz is in this forum because of course Lord of the Rings was originally a book by J.R.R. Tolkien (no that's not question one:nah:); however, this quiz will also draw on the films. All plot-related questions should be consistent across both though.:yep:

This quiz will not include relevant knowledge from the Hobbit (we'll save that for another time:tongue:)

Tonight's rules:

First person to answer a question correct gets 1 point.:king1:

Everyone else who provides the correct answer before the next question is posted will receive half a point.:crown:

Please don't post and then edit the correct answer in because I can see it happening when you do.:ninja:

I'll use the general tag-list for the start of the quiz. Then quote anyone who answers into the next question and so on.:yep:

There will be 10 questions, (hopefully:redface:) starting easy and getting harder.:colone:

Any queries or challenges to the correct answer will be responded to at the end.:yes:

Don't try to google because I've taken measures (including some wikipedia edits:innocent:) to make sure that some answers are not as they appear from a quick search. You will be caught.:fuhrer:
