go out more. do some sports. go for a jog. if you don't like people or don't want to be seen go running in the morning. If you find it hard to talk to people practice. Practice in front of a mirror it might seem stupid but you need to start somewhere. get comfortable with small talk and realise that some people still wont want to talk to you.
