Have you been to speech therapy?

well yeah but for a very short time, as i thought it was pointless. he would just ask me same questions every time...
Do you think there may be a root cause for this or any possible ones?

I see...have you considered giving it another ago, with a different speech therapist? Maybe they can help you better?

Has stammering been a problem all of your life, or was there a certain trigger or event that sparks it off?

well
when i was little, i was always bullied (not any more though, i got many friends now). secondly my because of my dads job v have to move to a new country after every 4 years, so i have to leave everything behind and start all over again. however, i write raps and also rap them, and have no problem with stammering during that, but when it comes to talking, i start stammering!

moreover, i also got addicted to porn at a very young age, and am now always trying to break free from it, but somehow, i alway fail.
do you think this might be the root?

not all my life,
it started when i was 9
it was when i moved to holland. i don't know but it might be because i got bullied there for 4 years straight! (but that might not be the case)

Does the bullying still cause a big problem in your life now? If it is the cause, maybe trying to resolve your feelings about what happened might help. Are you happy in your day-to-day life?

If it is causing you stress, perhaps you should deal with your addiction. Try to single out the reasons why you depend on porn so much. You could try finding new hobbies or interests, or spend time with friends. Being bored can make it all too tempting for you, so try to keep yourself busy. If you have the resolve, you will be able to overcome it.

because once i left porn and masturbation for 3/4 weeks, and i could see a huge improvement in my speech.
but then its always a relapse! :frown:

Porn.....no (unless you get horny whilst talking to others). From what you've said, I can come up with few conclusions why you stammer:

1)Meeting new people is always a new experience and so, you are not good with dealing with this change and your mind overthinks, causing you to stammer (relating to your dad moving about).

2)You cannot trust people that you meet/have not spent much time with. As such, you try not to offend them (by words) or show them any weaknesses of yours. Due to this, it makes your brain work extra harder to construct sentences and that takes time, which then causes the stammer (related to the bullying experience).

3)You just need practice. Your level of conversational skills is not up to par so stammering is a way that exposes this weakness.

Personally, I really don't have the slightest clue which one is the cause of your stammer but you could try to approach this issue by considering these conclusions of mine.

Hey, I remember watching this series of high school kids where there was one boy who used to stammer when he spoke. He then listened to a certain type of music whilst reading something and he didn't stammer anymore. Forget the name of the series, it was on for a little while but I reckon this could help as it wasn't a series where it was scripted.

Nice. Try classical music. If that doesn't work, try different genres of music. But as you say, if Eminem helps then keep listening to him and try reading whilst listening to him. Although I am surprised as he can be quite fast with words.
Have you ever been in touch with The Stammer Trust? They may have some suggestions for practical help. I have a couple of friends who have been helped by them.

you might not believe this but i can rap his fastest rap, rap god 100% fluently. and all of his other songs. i also write my own raps and record them. i never stammer while rapping, but when i go out and talk to people, i start stammering!

That really is amazing. Try reading this response I'm typing now in your head (which I assume you're doing anyway) and remember it. Once you've fully remembered it, try saying it fast, then progressively get slower. Doesn't have to be my response, but say a phrase such as "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog".
