I applied for medicine for 4 universities and the 5th one was biomedical science at the University of Manchester. however, they want from me another personal statement explain my interest in biological or Biomed.

If they want another, then that suggests to me a full one targeted at biomed. Comparable to what biomed applicants are submitting.
