No, I'd strongly recommend against it. The sort of men that do that are very likely to abuse that position. It may start OK but it'll probably get progressively worse. Why does he feel the need to spend hundreds of pounds a month to get sex? Why won't women go near this wealthy man in normal circumstances? It's likely it is because he is addicted to the power of abuse and control.

I've heard about this sort of stuff in the news and also when searching for property to rent came across a few of these adverts aimed at women.

At the time I remember being pissed off at how easy women have it

Now that I own my own property I have in fact placed an ad like this myself on gumtree open to just women
