hi guys,
Basically i logged out my snap and when i try to logg back on they keep asking me for the code that they sent on my number but they have my old number i no longer have access to the number ive already tried to contact snapchat but no reply and ive contacted three they said they have no access to the sim so does anyone know how i could get my account back ? please i really need it as i have really personal details there please ? thank you !

You can reset your password via email as well.

If you don't have access to both then you've lost your account I'm afraid.

i do know my password i just cant get the code because its on my old number

Then there's no way of verifying yourself if you do not have access to the e-mail, nor the phone number.

i have access to the email

Then you can reset the password using the e-mail address.

ive tried that already, plus i dont need the password i need the code that they keep sending to my old number that i no longer have access to it

Ahhh, I see!

I'm guessing you haven't written down a recovery code? (Which is separate to the verification code)

yh but its saved in my eyes only on snapchat

Y dont u text ur old number and see if the person would be kind enough to send u the code

make another account

the old number was a contract so its out of service now
