I have never heard that, but it would be a weird thing for someone to say.
People very rarely end up going to court or payng for a lawyer.
Why would it be affordable for every person?
Do you ever hear people sayng how affordable expensive items are for every person?
The only people that might say its inexpensive are those on full legal aid, who pay nothing, but thats to do with crime.
