I drink about 1l at work then I have 2 glasses in the evening at least. All I really drink now is milk or water tbh unless I'm out drinking or really fancy coke or something.
I drink lots of water every day because I go to the gym every day and I don't like drinking energy drinks. I'm told I look a lot younger than I really am so I suppose that's something.

I don't go to gym nor go out do some activities. Just sit in my room. I drink around 3.5L a day. I don't think I see any physical changes though. Nor do I feel 'healthier' or different. I guess it varies with people?
How do people drink so much water? I usually don't drink any until I run out of flavoured soy milk. Even then I have just been drinking a few mouthfulls of water from the tap each day when I have no soy milk.
