how do you send the application form???

i'm kinda confused on how to send my 6th form entry application form...
Do we send it ourselves by mail
or do we give it to our school to mail it
or do we need to go to the schools office to hand it in?
and how long does the mail take to get to its destination? cuz i'm worried it will there when it passes the deadline...

sorry lol ... i meant the 6th form entry application we need to fill in if we want to go to a certain 6th form for year 12 and 13
