how long does it take to get offers from the initial assessment letter date

i got a letter from lse saying that my application is now under initial assessment. how long does it take from now to receive an offer?

Well, it'll take 2 weeks apparently to go into further assessment. From there, it'll take another 8 weeks on the further assessment stage where you're compared with other applicants. Then it can take as long as 31st march to get a final offer.

If your application is strong and you're applying for a less competitive course you may get it earlier, maybe even next week or around december/january time. If it's a competitive course and your application is average then it may take longer

I received my LSE initial assessment email last week, and just received my further assessment email today. I expect this to take the longest as LSE is a competitive university
