I was say it was quite challenging yes and yes it was a computer based test. I would say that you need to study GCSE maths basics; I would recommend having a look on the bitesizd website.

I would also recommend having a look on the Southbank website; I believe it details how the day will run and there are also Practice questions on there.

I also applied for:

City: rejected
WLU: Interview
Greenwich: Assessment
Kingston:rejected

Whats the pass mark for the numeracy test?

Whats the pass mark for the numeracy test?

numeracy is 6/10 and literacy is 3/5 but you don't find out your mark; you only receive a pass or fail and you must pass both to be eligible for an interview.

hi there, no they were individual math questions not multiple choice. I can't say what kind of topics came up but I will advise you to revise GCSE maths on bitesize; all the topics are covered on there.

I got the train to Southbank and walked from the station to the learning resources centre.

I was able to revise within a few days so I'm sure you will be fine  the tests were challenging as I am a mature student who hasn't studied for some years.

I found out today that I did pass and I have now been offered an interview. I would say there was between 80-100 people at my assessment day but it was a mixture of applicants from nursing, midwifery etc.

when you arrive you need to register at the desk and then you wait around short while in the foyer before being escorted to the test room.

your welcome  I just stood and waited; there are some seats but they were taken when I arrived.

you get led into the computer room in a line and fill the seats row by row and yes you can leave when you are done but the pardon running the assessment day will explain all of this to you.
