Do the crystals have to be hydrated copper(ii) sulphate? If so, you just boil away a lot of the water with bunsen burner, and leave the rest of the water to evaporate at room temperature in an evaporating dish.
If the crystals don't have to be hydrated, you can just boil away all of the water with a bunsen burner

Use evaporation - heat the solution using a Bunsen burner until all the liquid in the solution (the water) has evaporated. You should be left with just the copper sulfate crystals
