Rankings make no difference. Consider the course structure, where grads end up, links with industry and work and research opportunities. How do finance and facilities compare?

Why are you just comparing those two unis? What do you want to do afterwards? Where do you want to work? Which area of engineering? Which course will best match your career plans?

Presumably you're an engineering graduate so you should have enough common sense to know to be asking (and answering) these questions yourself.
