Spanish A Level

Hi, I’m studying the book “Como Agua Para Chocolate” for my Spanish A level, and I was wondering if anyone had any character notes on Chencha??
I am also studying this and it is so frustrating!!! I think I have some stuff in a study guide I have, I will take a pic
