OCR A-level Chemistry B (Salters) H433 - 05, 12 & 20 Jun 2018 [Exam Discussion]

Hey guys so it’s January and now we start properly revising.
Does anyone have any tips on how to revise chemistry? And how they’re getting on for AS and A2?

Any help would be great

I use the CGP revision guide mainly for content, and then do loads of past paper questions etc to learn the mark scheme answers. I’m in A2 and I’m finding it okay so far, but that’s cause we’ve just done a lot of Biochemistry which was basically AS biology on enzymes and proteins etc

I’m doing genetics (codominant genes etc) in Biology AQA, and then calculating pH in Chemistry OCR which is basically Maths ☺️

I’m okay with the content of AS, it’s just learning what the mark schemes want me to say which I find tricky. The only way I can tackle that is just to do loads of past paper questions and specimen papers (which is difficult for Biology when we’re only the second year to do this spec) which takes more motivation than I have right now 😩
I’m so worried about starting revision!!

Do you have paper 1
The pre-release has been released: http://www.ocr.org.uk/Images/466501-...-june-2018.pdf

I've got some revision resources that people may find useful, they're on my OneDrive: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AhQAO2uyAQ8Iny2CwjRYs2nl7fqt

If people have some good resources questions/notes wise, lets share them!
