Pre sessional English courses

Hi! I've applied to SGUL and they state that need a 7.0 IELTS with at least 6.5 in every session.
I've taken the test, and my overall score is 7.0 with at least 6.5 in every session, except for writing, where I've taken 6.0.
Do you know if SGUL does pre sessional English courses to adjust my score?

No, I don't believe they do. It is up to you to make sure you are at the correct standard. They will allow you to sit the test twice in one year, or you could consider sitting GCSE English or Pearson Test of English as these are also accepted.
