Any topic could technically come up on the calculator paper! It's best to have a thorough understanding of as many of the topics that you can.
There are a few topics which are much less likely to come up, for example trigonometry exact values and simultaneous equations, but generally most things are a possibility.

Go to your exam board website and find the specification for your course. There you should find the things that you are expected to know.
