I see none of you guys actually have any solutions other than to call poeple names. Please continue making sure the only poeple saying we should do something about it are the socialists. It's good for our public image and bad for yours.

The simple solution would be for those unhappy with their current employment contract to seek a new job

Nope. The simplest solution is to make such practises illegal.

But by all means. Make sure it is only the socialists saying these things. Is great PR.
