Worlds worst ever terror group?

I'm curious; what terror group would you consider to be 'the worst' in the world? Be it an Islamic one [AQAP, Boko Haram etc], a communist one [the Red Brigade etc.], Far right ones [Aryan Nations, Army of God etc.] or perhaps a nation state such as Iran, Israel, DPRK, USA etc. and so on so forth.
Do explain why you think said group is the worst :smile:

Of course I am being facetious (sort of). I don't know how I'd quantify 'worst' in this sense in order to give a fully serious answer. 'Worst' is almost always a matter of perspective, and I don't have the Olympian one, sooo...
