Chemistry A-level help.

I am a little cofused. Could anyone help me with the following question?
Calculate the pH of the solution formed when 10.0cm3 of 0.154 moldm-3 hydrochloric acid are added to 990cm3 of water.

990/(990+10 ) * 0.154 (original volume/new volume) * [H+] )
-log(0.15246)
pH= 0.82 (2dp)

Hope this helps.
