I got an offer from this program on the first of February.
Here is my application timeline.
Apply: 25/12/2017
1st Ref.: 27/12/2017
2nd Ref.: 16/01/2018
Offer: 01/02/2018

Thanks for your reply! Congratulations on your offer! I applied on 22 Jan but my application was complete only on 26 Jan. So I guess I need to wait a little longer! Fingers crossed.

well.. I applied on the 12th of October for UCL economics A*A*A* predictions. still haven't heard anything 🤔🤔
