Child benefit does not provide a letter for the award. Are you able to accept a bank statement with the CB number and award on it please? Otherwise do you know how i can gain a letter as evidence please?

If you don't have a child benefit letter the we can accept your most recent Tax Credit award notice or Universal Credit award letter.
