- Biomedical scientist (hard to get into)
- Some specialisms of the nhs STP program (hard to get into)
- researcher in a specific area of biomedical science (hard to get into)
- maybe some lab jobs at private companies
- teaching

then after that it is the general 'want a degree but not in a specific subject' grad roles ie

- IB
- accounting
- consulting (covers lots of areas)
- other general grad schemes like the aldi one (there are lots of others)
- if you teach yourself to program then software developer

so mostly jobs that just require a degree/stem degree rather than specifically biomedical science

You can work as a Biomedical scientist in NHS but the positions are really saturated so its really difficult to get a place.
You can do postgrads and a PhD and go on to teaching and research. It takes a lot of years and probably years of research without achieving anything significant but if you are really passionate about science you are going to enjoy it.
You can go into private healthcare and work in labs.
Work in a research institute and perform research and maybe some molecular diagnostics.
Or work in pharmaceutical companies (may require a masters in drug design or something relevant to drugs/biochemistry).
