Unsure what to use to make effective revision notes

I don't know whether to use the subject specification to base my notes from and then take the relevant information from the revision guide, or to just make notes from the revision guide and then use the spec as a checklist afterwards.

Any thoughts? Thanks :smile:

Here's a checklist for Biology AQA spec btw if you need one.

But yeah, the reason I made this was because I prefer using the revisiion guide to make notes and then tick off checklist afterwards to ensure I have covered it all and understand it all. I think that the revision guides tend to flow more naturally in the order they cover things..

I also use youtube videos whenever I struggle with the understanding something :smile:
