When do we have to re-apply for 2nd year?

I want to use a student bank account for my finances during my course but one of the banks I'm considering (nationwide) will only allow one to be opened 2 months either side of my course starting. My course starts in September but I want to apply for my loan now.

I was wondering if I can use my current banks (Yorkshire building society) to apply but switch at a later date, a couple of months before my course starts.
Hi I am 38 and currently live with my sister... I will be moving away if i get a place in Leeds, and obviously have no job to start with... how do I stand with finance? Do I have to declare her earnings or it is it just a partner/husband.?
Thanks
Julie
Hi,

I really need help with my student finance application process, as I am worried about the possibility of not receiving any kind of financial help.

I am an EU National from Spain, and I am right know with the application process for student finance (tuition fee loan for a BA (Hons) 3D Games Art & Design in Hertfordshire University). I would like to know whether I would be elegible for student finance having a Spanish Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior qualification (2 years), which I think it is similar to a UK HND. If so, how much would I get and for how long?

Secondly, I would like to know what evidence I should provide in terms of household income. I live with my parents but I have managed to work in a part-time job during the past 2 years in order to earn some money for paying more or less my living costs in UK. What kind of financial document should I send along with my application?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Maria.

Hi I'm an EU student trying to fill in my application. I've ticked the "EU national" box when asked for residency status but the next slide asks me when I moved to the UK. I have never lived in the UK before so what do I enter in the date field? Thanks in advance.
Hi,

As you can tell I’m planning to go to University of Lincoln in September 2018 to study Adult Nursing.
I’m in the process of completing my student finance forms and I’m really stuck on the part where i have to tell them where I’m going to be each term, either University or a placement in the UK. As we haven’t been told what we will do in each term specifically from the university?

Can someone help me and tell me what to put down? I don’t want to do this wrong.
Thank you!
As an EU student , am I supposed to print the form and complete it in black ink only, or can I tape every answer on the form on a device and then print it ? Thank you !

Hi, when applying for student finance it says I require my bank account details, will this need to be the account I am planning to use for my loan as I haven't got a student account yet but am planning to apply for one soon? Do i need the account set up before I apply or can I switch at a later date? Thank you.

Hi, we don't take a student's income into account, it would only be your partner/spouse if applicable. You would be considered an independent student.
Hi, if you don't know yet if you put that you will be studying at the University, this can be changed once you know. Hope this helps.

Hi Kieran,

Yeah that's absolutely fine for you to create your application with your current bank details. Once your bank allows you to open up your new account, just give us a call on 0300 100 0607 and one of our advisors will get your details updated in time for the scheduled payments.

Hi, when your putting your bank details in it will be the account which we will pay your funding into. If you change you bank account please let us know through either your online account or give us a call on 0300 100 0607.

Hi Caitlyn,

Yes, you are able to complete the form on a device & print it, but it would then require a wet signature before it's posted off to us.
