Making Pistou soup on Monday from France for demonstrating skills. Any tips, would be appreciated. Do you think I should make croutons? An how should I present it?

Decide on your recipe and do a t least one practice run plus have your ultimate recipe to follow. I dont think it needs croutons and dont make it more complicated unless its part of the recipe.

Watch a few videos as well?

No.

Just look at the recipes and its important to do the recipe well and on time.

Look at the mark scheme or specification to make sure you meet the criteria. After your practice, then see uf you have time to add any flourishes, but dont overcomplicate. Finishing on time is important.

Hey guys, for your NEA 2 what did you use to input the recipe for the nutritional and cost analysis? We used to use Jenny Ridgwell's Nutiriton Program but of course school decided not to pay for it anymore...
Thanks!
