Funding for second degree in healthcare

I read recently that the provision of second student loans are being extended to people going on to study a second degree in nursing, midwifery or another allied health profession (e.g. paramedic).

Is this a full student loan as before, where the maximum is approximately £8.4k (currently) per year as well as funding of the course (currently £9.25k), or is this a reduced student loan? Additionally are these second loans available if a person had already studied a 3 or 4 year undergraduate degree, e.g. 3 year BSc Biomedical Science, and then applied for a second 3 or 4 year undergraduate degree in healthcare, e.g. 3 year BSc Paramedical Science?

Also what support is available to a person that has studied an undergraduate degree and then goes on to study a pre-registration 2 year MSc, e.g. 2 year MSc Nursing (Adult)? Would this be a full student loan that covers course costs and then the £8.4k for living expenses or is this restricted to the singular £10k postgraduate student loan?
