Math question HELP

A car cost 375 Swedish crowns to rent each day. For that price you can drive 100km. If you drive a longer distance, then there will be an additional cost of 2.5 Swedish crowns per km.

Which formula describes this the best, where K is dependent on the driven distance x kilometers?

Is it either:

1. K = 375 2,5x
2. K = 375 2,5x 100
3. K = 375 2,5(x-100)
4. K = 375

Or none of them? How do you recognize a formula?

My guess was (1).

Also, what is the domain of the function when choosing the formula? Explain please..
