Hi!
Is anyone looking to take over a tenancy right now?
My tenancy ends on the 14th of August so you are able to stay until then.

It's a 5-bed house that looks out onto Greenhead Park. Lots of parking and the rooms are huge.

I am also interested if anybody wants to do a room swap if they have a tenancy they would like to get out of also.
