Restoring a Laptop with DSA Software

Hey,
I have a laptop with the following DSA Software installed on it:
- ClaroRead Plus
- Sonocent Audio Notetaker 5.0
- Dragon 15
- Inspiration 9
I might need to do a factory reset of my laptop and was wondering how I get these back once I've done so? Do I need to call the company who provided the equipment and let them know?

let the company know before you do anything

Good advice from TigerRag. The company will have kept all the info/codes etc you need to reinstall the programs. Best speak to them first.
