I have no motivation

Some days i sit down and i revise so much. But most days i find myself lacking the motivation to study. I have a short attention span and get really bored easily of things. I used to drink herbal teas when i get bored or tired and that helped but i prefer coffee: which i'd prefer not to have as i get migraines. I'm a good student in general and I'm aiming for grade 9's but I don't know how to find the drive.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.

If anything make a timetable to section out what you need to revise or revise different subjects on different days. Make sure you wake up and have a big breakfast before starting your day to get your brain focused! That is the key.

Also, remember over studying is not good so you do need a rest day too. Go out with friends for one day and chill then go back to your work the next day.

Don’t panic or stress, keep your mind focused on what you wish to achieve and never doubt yourself in achieving it! Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

I think for me it's cos it's the half term holiday so I just chill and cant be asked to work but i dont even know man i need to fix up before out GCSE's
Full, undivided concentration only lasts for 20 mins. Every 20 minutes, have a 5 min break. (Get something to eat or drink, go to the loo, even if it means watching TV for 5 mins or having a 5 minute nap...)
Also have one day where you do no revision and do something fun or ask your parents to give you rewards, for learning something or doing five hours...
Hope this helps... ?

have you tried green tea or oolong tea? Cause see there are two kinds of oolong tea lishan and alishan. Alishan promotes calm and cool head whereas lishan is just for people who can stomach it. I suggest trying Alishan oolong tea.

i'll throw in the tea i'm drinking (I drink it to preserve the alishan tea cause it's hard to find)
