My other choices are leeds, loughborough, Oxford brookes, warwick and coventry. I just want to know Oxford brookes and herfordshire are any good. Thanks for your response though.

That's 6 choices, is this for a postgraduate masters?

I'd rate Brookes above Herts.

Edit: If you look at the international fees for the MSc it's a reasonable proxy for "popularity":
Leeds: £21,500
Loughborough : £21,000
Oxford Brookes: £14,280
Warwick: £23,460
Coventry: £15,050
Herts: £12,600
