is this a dilution question?

a 25 cm3 sample of 0.115 mol DM aqueous sodoum hydroxide was placed in a beaker and 250cm3 of distilled water were added. calculate the pH of the new solution formed.

I've worked it out as a solutions question but as my pH have gotten 1.94 (rounded to 2 decimal place). that can't be right?
