Social work is a difficult degree to get on; it typically has a very low offer rate. 10-20% is common; at Notts it has a 24% offer rate, which is a lot higher than your course!

Keep your ignorance to yourself.

Nope once again offer rates dont tell the story,

less qualified and poorly qualified applicants will apply for ABB course further more qualified people with greater competition from other courses will apply for business.

Courses with AAB requirements outrank ABB
reason is obvious no money to be made in social work....

Your ignorant,

Stop scaring OP

With ABB and a good personal statement they meet the requirements!!!!

No, you're quite wrong. Social work applicants typically involve interviews, assessments, enhanced DBS and even medicals! It is not simply about PS and grades (and you are showing your ignorance by saying it is!). Further, the offer rate is low pervasively rather than for one or two courses. That demonstrates that it is not simply low-qualified candidates applying to a few courses. Rather the admissions staff are rather fastidious and they have designed a complex application process to reflect that fastidiousness, as opposed to just doing it for a laugh.

Stop talking nonsense to boost your ego. It is most unwise to label courses with a much lower offer rate than your own as "piss easy" to get on". Firstly it is rather silly and secondly it is wholly incorrect.

A DBS shouldnt even be considered an entry requirement...obvious why thats in place i hope thats not the reason for alot of rejections 🙏

There are likely alot of goofy people who apply to social work thinking its something else.

They likely arent the highest qualified by anymeans otherwise the entry requirements would be far higher your not making any sense.

Are social work students better qualified then engineering, physics, economics, PPE or law students?

definitely not gradewise, they likely get alot of confused oh ill do social work applicants.

If OP is serious and aware as it seems they have a great ****ing shot, it doesnt have to be nottingham there are enough places!!!!

Get real.

I don't think social work students must be better qualified than engineering, physics, econ, PPE and law students for their course not to be considered piss easy.

Now I have no more interest in you trying to save face. In future, check your facts and try not to deride other people's degree choices by labelling their entry "piss easy" when you have no clue about what the course's entry entails.

Adios, amigo.
