Theology foundation year lmh oxford help

I want to break down my questions:

1. I got pretty **** GCSE due to my illness (CKD) and rare anatomy.
2. Now at A level I have already had 8 operations and I am in lower sixth.
3. Am I allowed to send a doctor letter on addition to my application?
4. How is the interview process?
5. What is the likelihood of getting in?
6. Will Ox consider I had 8 ops since year 12 and I am unsure I will get the AS grades I am sure I will get the predicted?
