Durham VS York for psychology

I have an offer from both Durham and York for psychology (AAA), but I can't decide between them!!
Can anyone offer any advice or opinions? pllssss
Durham is probably more prestigious. But do you like the idea of living in a small town with a college system? There are other factors outside of the course (as both are BPS accredited thus quite similar) that you need to consider
I have the EXACT same problem! Are you going to visit days?

I'm going to both York & Durham, so I'll let you know! tbh from the open days I preferred York, but they're literally so similar in every way idek what to do. Durham's definitely more prestigious but does it have Europe's biggest plastic bottomed lake I don't think so lol

This is crazy, Im in the exact same position as the two of you. I have also gotten to the point where the ducks are becoming the deciding factor in all of this

I am going to york on the 10th and have already visited Durham. Until I saw Durham york was my favourite but now it's so hard to choose!
It's probably not going to make much difference which you choose tbh. Durham is slightly more famous around the world but they both have good departments. They're both in small cities but close to bigger ones. I'd probably pick Durham as having the colleges make it easier to socialize by breaking down the university into smaller manageable chunks (i.e. not just one big amorphous student union to socialise at... each college has its own bars/social events etc).

I'm not sure what this talk about plastic filled lakes is. Durham has a very nice river going through it, a few people drown in it every year which is sad but you can't see any plastic!
I'm trying to make the same disission and have no clue which to choose! I loved both the unis and visiting them both again made me even more confused!
