SOS! SOS! I can’t set up a password??!!!!

Ok I am very very very stressed at the moment. I have recently confirmed my offer from NTU, and I got my email with my NTU ID which meant that I could start booking accommodation...but there is no way for me to set up a password??
I signed in with my ID, I clicked on ‘get it reset password’, it took me to a password manager page that asked me to enter a password? A password that I haven’t set up yet? (Also whenever I enter anything into that box it says it’s incorrect, which is understandable because I haven’t been given any chance to set up a password yet!!)
I really want to book some kind of decent accommodation, as I have already started really late anyway so my options are limited. Please can someone help me

No need to worry! :h:

The password being asked of you for the password manager is generated by UCAS when you firm NTU as your first choice.

This can take up to 48 hours to come through so if you have only recently firmed NTU it won't have come through yet.

When did you firm NTU? :smile:

Oh thank god! So it will come through in an email? I firmed on Saturday 24/2, after the open day.

Keep an eye out on your emails and on UCAS track - it's two business days so it should come through by tomorrow!

I still haven’t received any emails from UCAS track regarding a password? Should I contact NTU directly? I’m not sure what to do.
