If you look at just the cities Newcastle would be a better place but then aspects like your course , the structure of the course at either uni and the cost of living come into picture. I, personally , would prefer Keele.

Neither appeal to me personally, but if I were you, I'd look at the course content and use data from UNISTATS to come to an informed decision.
