I have recently received a conditional offer to the university of Toronto and they are asking me to complete A levels and submit the statement by August 17 2018. However we only write our exams in October. Has anyone had the same situation before? If so how did you fix this issue.

Why don't you just contact them. You'd get a much better answer that way, than asking here.

plus they didn't tell me upfront that my admission was conditional. so I hastily accepted my offer.
